To be waitlisted for this course, student must have at least a 3.5 GPA, participation in law review or with any student journal is preferred. Eligible students cannot be working or volunteering for any county attorney’s office, public defender’s office, or any private law firm.Students intern with judges of the Minnesota Court of Appeals and participate in a variety of court and clerking activities and attend appellate arguments. Students are assigned to individual judges by the Chief Judge. Students must have regular daytime hours available in order to fulfill the time requirements.The Court of Appeals accepts one student.
