This course aims to provide students with the conceptual and practical aspects of the constitutional right to free expression in leading constitutional legal systems, e.g., the USA, Canada, and Germany, as well as its influence on Israel's constitutional law. This course presents the philosophical grounds for constitutional protection of the right to free expression before the students.
