This course aims to teach students the skills necessary for success in law school, on the bar exam, and in practice. Through lecture, class discussion, written assignments, individual conferencing, and in-class collaborative exercises, students will develop mastery in the following areas: effective study methods, critical reading, legal deconstruction and organization, legal synthesis, issue spotting, and the formulation and presentation of a complete and accurate legal analysis.
