Arbitration Competition (7500)


The Arbitration competition is designed to promote greater knowledge and interest among law students about arbitration by simulating a realistic arbitration hearing. Participating students learn how to represent a client in an arbitration. They prepare and present an arbitration case, including opening statements, examining witnesses, introducing exhibits, presenting evidence, and closing arguments. Attendance at scheduled sessions is mandatory.

Grading: Pass/Fail

Credits: variable
