Business Ethics (3300)

Corporate governance today seems virtually synonymous with scandal and corruption. This course will examine the nature and development of business ethics in America. Using real-life corporate disasters as case studies, the class will evaluate corporate responsibility from business, financial, legal, and ethical perspectives.
